Fluent in English, French, and Turkish, I bring a unique perspective shaped by a career dedicated to fostering collaborations and driving growth in diverse cultural and economic landscapes.
Throughout my career, I have worked extensively in international trade, fostering partnerships between businesses in Canada, Turkey, and beyond. As a Trade Commissioner for the Government of Canada, I supported Canadian and Turkish companies in establishing meaningful connections, contributing to economic growth and cross-border success.
I have also led high-performing sales teams, managed complex projects, and implemented innovative CRM systems to enhance customer engagement and retention. My experience collaborating with companies from different countries has given me a deep understanding of global markets and a passion for connecting businesses across borders.

With over 17 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, and leadership, I have had the privilege of driving transformative HR strategies across diverse sectors, including construction, production, and services. My professional journey began in internal auditing, where I participated in numerous audit processes both domestically and internationally. As a corporate trainer at TAV Academy, I provided in-house training sessions, helping organizations enhance their skills and processes. Later, I transitioned into Human Resources, where I held leadership roles overseeing all aspects of HR management.
Most recently, I served as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Bilkent Corporatip, where I was responsible for the HR strategies of 25 companies and 35,000 employees. In collaboration with nearly 50 HR professionals, I led transformative projects, redesigning HR processes to meet modern needs, implementing digital HR solutions, and managing key areas such as recruitment, talent management, career planning, performance management, learning and development, and executive coaching.
Today, I bring my extensive experience to individuals and organizations seeking meaningful change. As a career and management consultant, I support professionals who aspire to a better life or want to overcome career challenges. My services include resume consulting, interview simulations, leadership training, and guidance on HR process design. I also provide one-on-one coaching and mentorship, helping individuals navigate the complexities of their professional and personal growth.
